Shipping With Your Own Box

You can send us your diamond, scrap gold, or watch for inspection, in your own box. Diamond Attorney would like to supply you with all the shipping documents and labels in advance.

Shipping Diamond

If you already have a box that you want to use for sending us your diamond, Diamond Attorney can supply you with all of the shipping documents and labels in advance.
After submitting Your Personal Information, you may also be able to download our Customer Mail-in Inventory Record & Receipt Form, on which you must enter a detailed description of your jewelry, number of pieces and your address where you would like to receive your payment check.
Follow these simple instructions to send us your diamond:

1. Print out 2 copies of the Customer Mail-in Inventory Record & Receipt Form.
2. Fill out the Customer Mail-in Inventory Record & Receipt Form completely. Pack 1 copy of the form in your box, along with your diamond jewelry. Keep 1 copy for your records
3. Do not use reused boxes or over pack the items with protective materials
4. Do not scotch tape items in tissue that will make it difficult for us to remove safely. We suggest small zip lock bags.
5. Attach the shipping label on your box.
6. You may use your own shipping materials and any carrier you chose such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. However, your shipment must have a Packing Slip (Customer Mail-in Inventory & Receipt Form).

Shipping Gold

If you already have a box that you want to use for sending us your scrap gold or jewelry, Diamond Attorney can supply you with all of the shipping documents and labels in advance.

You may use your own shipping materials and any carrier your chose such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. However, your shipment must have a Packing Slip (Customer Mail-in Inventory & Receipt Form).

Request Packing Slip

On this form, you must enter a detailed description of your jewelry, its price and your address where you would like to receive your payment check.

Follow these simple instructions to send us your scrap gold, or jewelry:

1. Print out 2 copies of the Customer Mail-in Inventory Record & Receipt Form.
2. Fill out the Customer Mail-in Inventory Record & Receipt Form completely. Pack 1 copy of the form in your box, along with your scrap gold or jewelry. Keep 1 copy for your records.

If you already have a box that you want to use for sending us your watch, Diamond Attorney can supply you with all of the shipping documents and labels in advance.
