You can either call us by telephone at (713) 443-4668 or Request a Quote by filling out a simple application form.

Contact us with the description of your diamond. Then, if you like our initial quote, we make arrangements to see the diamond. You may request free shipping materials, which provide for complete insurance and security.

Arrangements can also be made to have your items picked up through UPS or Federal Express (FedEx).

When we receive the merchandise, we will contact you with our final offer, and you can make your decision. Depending on the decision you make, we will either send you the money or the merchandise back at NO COST TO YOU. We pay for fully insured shipping when the diamond is returned to you.

Upon our physical inspection, you have the option to accept or decline our offer. When you accept our offer, we will purchase your diamond at the highest possible purchase price and render payment immediately.

If you do not accept the offer, your diamond will be returned in the exact same insured manner at our expense.

All shipping containers are monitored during the processing of the order and by postal tracking methods.

How Do I Get Paid?

These days, we live in a world of uncertainty; however, with Diamond Attorney, you can be certain that you will be paid. 

Payment is sent immediately (usually within 24 hours) upon your acceptance of our offer. We at Diamond Attorney can pay you immediately because we do not wait to sell your diamond to recover our costs. Our offers are based on an immediate, outright purchase of your item.

However, we cannot provide an accurate estimate unless we evaluate your diamond in person. Please see the Shipping Instructions. In special situations, we can have your merchandise picked up via UPS or FedEx.

Evaluate Your Diamond

Our Payment Procedure is as Follows:

  1. Once you accept our offer for your diamond, we send you a payment by check immediately (usually within 24 hours). 
  2. Checks are mailed in a first-class envelope and mailed daily. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
  3. A check would rarely get lost in the mail. In that case, we simply notify our bank to stop payment on the lost check and issue a replacement check immediately. 
  4. We only make overnight payments to a physical address. The carriers do not deliver overnight mail/packages to post office boxes. We can arrange it so that you do not have to be present to accept and sign the delivery. The mailman can just leave the package/envelope at your door. 
  5. We do not wire payments. 
  6. We do not credit PayPal Accounts. 
  7. In case you only want to sell some of the items and want the balance returned, a check will be mailed to you (as described in number 2) for the amount you accepted as the offer. Remaining items will be shipped back to you in an insured registered mail container.
