Diamond Attorney has spent many years cultivating relationships with top buyers in each and every category. We are not like a store that is confined to public traffic. Much effort is put into achieving the top selling price for all items, thus allowing us to purchase at what we feel are the highest market prices. It is obvious that we must make a profit when providing our service, however, we work on a conservative profit margin to keep our competitive edge.

That is just not possible, because there are too many variables that affect values. We must physically inspect each item to formulate our offer. We are willing to extend preliminary offers pending final inspection. Jewelry and diamonds must be seen in person to make an accurate determination.

Diamond Attorney pays the same day we purchase the item as long as the transaction is concluded by 3:00pm Eastern Standard time. If the transaction is concluded after 3:00pm, then we will mail your check the next day either by US mail or an Overnight carrier.
Our payment to you involves the following procedure:

  1. Once you accept our offer for your diamond, we send you a check immediately (usually the same day).
  2. Checks are mailed in a first class security envelope and mailed daily. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery.
  3. It is rare that a check would get lost in mail. In that case, we simply notify our bank to stop payment on the lost check and issue a replacement check immediately.
  4. We only make overnight payments to a physical address. The carriers do not deliver overnight mail/packages to Post Office Boxes. We can arrange it in manner where you do not have to be present to accept and sign the delivery. The mail man can just leave the package/envelop at your door.
  5. We do not wire payments unless they are for $50,000.00 or more.
  6. We do not credit Pay Pal Accounts.
  7. In case you only want to sell some of the items and want the balance returned, a check will be mailed to you (as described in number 2) for the amount you accepted as the offer. Remaining items will be shipped back to you using fully insured.
